    Day 1

    Fly from the UK

    Fly from the UK can be a great way to explore the world. Before your trip, be sure to check the airline's baggage allowance and any visa requirements for your destination. Arrive at the airport early to allow for security checks and boarding procedures. Consider bringing snacks and entertainment for the flight, and wear comfortable clothing. Once you arrive at your destination, be respectful of local customs and enjoy your travels!
    Day 1

    Rome - Embark

    Rome. is often described as being the world’s largest open-air museum with The Vatican's Sistine Chapel, St Peter’s Basilica, the Colosseum, and the Trevi Fountain famed for the promise that a tossed coin promises your return to the Eternal City. The Via Veneto is famed for its luxury shops with many sidewalk cafés to watch the rich and famous go by. There is no doubt you'll learn the meaning of la dolce vita (the sweet life) when you visit Rome.  
    Day 2

    Florence

    Florence, the capital of Tuscany, is a city renowned for its rich history, stunning architecture, and world-class museums. The city is home to some of the most iconic landmarks of the Renaissance period, such as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery. Walking along the winding streets, visitors can admire the many palaces, churches, and museums that make Florence one of the most beautiful cities in Italy. For those who enjoy local cuisine, Florence is the perfect place to indulge in world-class Tuscan cuisine, including the famous Florentine steak and a variety of delicious pasta dishes.
       
    Day 3

    Portofino

    Portofino is a picturesque fishing village located on the Ligurian coast of northern Italy. Famous for its colorful buildings, scenic harbor, and luxurious yachts, Portofino has become a popular destination for travelers seeking a taste of the Italian Riviera. Visitors can wander the quaint streets lined with designer boutiques and waterfront restaurants, or take a hike up to the Castello Brown for panoramic views of the village and the Mediterranean Sea. Don't forget to indulge in the local cuisine, particularly the fresh seafood, and pesto Genovese, while savoring the Italian dolce vita in Portofino.

    You’ll always find a place to bask in the sun onboard or find the outdoor whirlpools, swimming pools, and ample sun loungers, or simply relax with a book or a cocktail and enjoy the peace of the company of newfound friends. Activities and entertainment tend to ramp up on days at sea because everyone is onboard the ship. You might notice more trivia contests, tournaments in the casino, afternoon shows in the theater, musical entertainment, poolside activities, and even special classes not offered on other days of your cruise. 
    Day 5

    Naples - Capri

    Naples is a city in Southern Italy known for its rich history, culture, and cuisine. Some of the must-visit attractions include the historic city center, the Royal Palace of Naples, and the National Archaeological Museum. Don't forget to try the famous Neapolitan pizza, which originated in Naples. For a scenic view of the city, take a hike up to Mount Vesuvius or visit the nearby island of Capri. Overall, Naples is a vibrant and lively city with plenty to see and do for travelers looking for an authentic Italian experience.
     
    Day 6

    Sicily - Messina

    Sicily is the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and is located just off the southern coast of Italy. This beautiful island offers visitors a unique blend of history, culture, and stunning natural beauty. The island is famous for its delicious food, particularly its seafood, and its rich history which has seen the island ruled by Greeks, Romans, Arabs, and Normans. Some of the must-see attractions include the ancient Greek ruins of Selinunte, the stunning Mount Etna, and the beautiful beaches such as San Vito Lo Capo. Sicily is a destination that offers something for everyone!
     
    Day 7

    Brindisi

    Brindisi is a charming port town located on the heel of Italy’s boot-shaped peninsula. The town boasts a rich history and culture, with ancient ruins, grand cathedrals, and beautiful beaches. Visitors can explore the stunning Roman column and the remains of the ancient Via Appia, which once linked Rome to the south.     Day 8

    Dubrovnik

    Dubrovnik. Filled with ancient stone buildings, narrow cobbled streets, and fortified ramparts rising above red-tiled rooftops. Stradun is the city's focal point and main artery.  Whilst Dubrovnik's streets are blessedly free of traffic. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the old city remains the pride of the Republic of Croatia and houses the world’s oldest pharmacy.  Lantern-lit limestone alleys, pealing bell towers, and russet rooftops, ancient Dubrovnik remains a show-stopper. From May to September, you’ll find yourself jostling through crowds along its beautiful Stradun (the main promenade, in ivory-white limestone) and towering city walls.  
    Day 9

    Kotor

    Kotor, a stunning coastal city in Montenegro, is a hidden gem waiting to be uncovered. A walk through the fortified walls of the Old Town will take you back in time, with its cobblestone streets and picturesque architecture. Travelers can explore the many churches, museums, and galleries, or take a hike up the mountain to experience breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor. This picturesque town is also known for its lively nightlife, delicious seafood, and local wines. Kotor is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the beauty and charm of Montenegro.

    Fly to the UK

    Fly to the UK. Flying back to the UK after your holiday can be a smooth process if you plan. Start by checking your flight details and arriving at the airport with plenty of time to spare. Make sure you have all the necessary documents, including your passport and boarding pass. If you have any duty-free items, keep them easily accessible. During your flight, stay hydrated get up, and stretch your legs periodically. Once you land, be prepared for possible long queues at passport control. With a little preparation, you can make your return trip stress-free.
