Curacao
Curacao. The Dutch and particularly Amsterdam’s influence is evident in the architecture of Willemstad. Cross the Queen Emma Bridge to the eastern side of town and you will find the colorful floating market lined with boats from Colombia and Venezuela. On the other side of the bridge is Breederstraat which is one of Willemstad’s best shopping streets with many good restaurants and sidewalk cafes.
