GIVE AWAY! Fjords from Dover – Carnival Pride – 1 July 2022 Cruise Holiday Itinerary

Day 1
01 Jul 2022
Dover - Embark Carnival Pride

Dover is a coastal town in England’s southeastern county of Kent. It’s a major port for ferries to Calais, in France. Built to repel invasions from across the English Channel, medieval Dover Castle overlooks the town and houses the extensive Secret Wartime Tunnels. The iconic White Cliffs of Dover are symbolic safeguards at Britain’s closest point to continental Europe.

Day 2
02 Jul 2022
At Sea

At Sea You’ll always find a place to bask in the sun onboard or find the outdoor whirlpools, swimming pools and ample sun loungers, or simply relax with a book or a cocktail and enjoy the peace of the company of newfound friends.

Day 3
03 Jul 2022
Bergen, Norway

Bergen. Your fascinating ‘Gateway to the Fjords’ is Norway’s second-largest city, Bergen. Its maritime trade and oil industry remain vital to the economy and it’s a thriving epicenter of culture and history. Visit the old quays of Bryggen, a World Heritage Site, and the medieval wooden houses of the city’s waterfront. You can even take a peek inside the workshops of local painters, weavers, and craftsmen. Bunbury, Australia

Day 4
04 Jul 2022
Alesund

Alesund. You have Kaiser Wilhelm II to thank for this city’s wonder. He rebuilt his beloved gateway in Art Nouveau style after it was destroyed by fire in 1904. Lose your heart to this gem of the Nordic coast. Today, its buildings feature dreamy turrets and ornate carvings of dragons and mythical figures. Nature has played its part too, as calm waters and distant snow-capped peaks add to the charm.

Day 5
05 Jul 2022
Molde

Molde. The many lush and flowering rose gardens have given this lovely fjord town its label "The City of Roses". Home to 25,000 inhabitants, Molde is the administrative center and commercial hub of Møre og Romsdal county. It offers a fabulous mountain panorama view and a relatively mild climate. Molde Jazz, Norway's largest jazz festival, showcases jazz from all corners of the world for a week each summer.

Day 6
06 Jul 2022
Skjolden

Skjolden is called the gateway to the national parks due to the short distance to no less than three of the most important national parks - Jotunheimen, Breheimen, and Jostedalsbreen. The village is nestled between Northern Europe's highest mountain pass, Sognefjellet (1434 m.a.s.l.) with spectacular views of the tallest mountains in Scandinavia, and the majestic Jostedal Glacier. St. Barthélemy Island

Day 6
06 Jul 2022
Cruising - Sognefjord

Relax by the pool or enjoy one of the many shipboard activities, the food is fabulous not to mention the cocktails, or simply enjoy the scenery.

Day 7
07 Jul 2022
Olden

Olden, in the province of Sogn og Fjordane, is a village often forgotten by tourists visiting Norway, but it is most definitely a place one should experience! Located at the end of the Nordfjord and not far from the largest glacier on Europe’s mainland Jostedal you will find this picturesque village with its friendly inhabitants. An interesting hike in Olden is the one up to Huaren. Hike up to approximately 400 meters above sea level and enjoy the stunning view over Olden and the Nordfjord. Bunbury, Australia

Day 7
07 Jul 2022
Cruising - Nordfjord

Relax by the pool or enjoy one of the many shipboard activities, the food is fabulous not to mention the cocktails, or simply enjoy the scenery.

Day 8
08 Jul 2022
Stavanger

Stavanger. Once the European Capital of Culture, the city is blessed with a compelling history and unbridled beauty.  From its ancient port, the city fans out along a network of islands. Each one connected to its neighbor by an elegant bridge. In Gamle Stavanger (the historic center) artists’ workshops still occupy 18th-century houses, much as they did in years gone by.

Day 9
09 Jul 2022
At Sea

At Sea You’ll always find a place to bask in the sun onboard or find the outdoor whirlpools, swimming pools and ample sun loungers, or simply relax with a book or a cocktail and enjoy the peace of the company of newfound friends.

Day 10
10 Jul 2022
