North America is vast, and the weather depends on the coast you intend to visit. The west coast is warm and hence, it is the best place for those interested in outdoor activities or spending time at the beaches.
On the other hand, the east coast is colder, so it is best to bring along warm clothing. While you can go out trekking, spend time communing with nature, and explore history and culture, you should make your plans based on what you want to see and do.
The best time for North American cruises to the Pacific is during late spring all the way until early fall. While the Pacific Northwest does get rain and has overcast skies during this period, you can rest assured that the weather clears up from mid-May, making it perfect to explore the region.
Head out to Los Angeles along the west coast to spy on celebrities and check out the Hollywood Walk of Fame. You can also visit several art galleries, theatres, and museums in the city. If you are a sun and sand worshipper, Santa Monica beach is the best place for you.
The famous Las Vegas Strip is the beating heart of Las Vegas and one of the most iconic tourist attractions in the USA. A walk along The Strip is an assault on the senses; everywhere you look you are met with neon lights, billboards, street performers, and themed hotels. It’s bold, it’s bright and it’s what makes Vegas “Vegas”. Covering a length of 4.2 miles and lined by luxurious hotels and casinos, the Strip is an attraction in itself and I love to spend my evenings just wandering up and down soaking up the atmosphere with all the other tourists. Where else in the world could you see The Eiffel Tower, the Empire State Building, and the Egyptian Pyramids all in one place?
