Madeira. The Gulf Stream gives the island its warm year-round weather and flowers that bloom along its mountainous terrain. Madeira offers mountain walks with breathtaking views, trails on horseback, bird watching, big game fishing, and much more.

Day 6-11
16 Nov 2022

Day 12
22 Nov 2022
St. Maarten

St. Maarten. Since 2010, Sint Maarten has been a constituent country within the kingdom of The Netherlands. It comprises the “Dutch side” of the island of Saint-Martin, the other half being a French overseas territory. Philipsburg is its capital and a busy deep-water port city. It is a popular port for cruise ships, and consequently boasts a thriving duty-free shopping community, a range of resorts and villas, numerous leisure and sightseeing activities, as well as a well-served airport.

Day 13
23 Nov 2022
Antigua

Antigua. Famously dusted with pristine white sands and pulsating to the rhythm of steel drums, Antigua is a real Caribbean treat. Visit Shirley Heights, a fortress dominating the entry to the English Harbour. From the bustling bijou port of St. John's, tour to Shirley Heights and the fortress entrance to English Harbour. Historic Nelson's dockyard warehouses now feature a variety of shops and restaurants.

Day 14
24 Nov 2022
St. Kitts

St. Kitts. The capital Basseterre may be French by name, but St Kitts is part of the Caribbean’s earliest British colony. The town’s Georgian centrepiece named the Circus is modelled on London's own Piccadilly. This scenic island is simply stunning when viewed from the Fortress of Brimstone Hill, where you’ll see a panorama of volcanic slopes, verdant sugar cane plantations and neighbouring islands. Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos Islands

Day 15
25 Nov 2022
Guadeloupe

Guadeloupe. Known locally as the Butterfly Island, because of the shape of two of its major islands. It is a group of islands in the eastern Caribbean located southeast of Puerto Rico. Scuba diving and snorkeling are the main activities in Guadeloupe with an amazing assortment of tropical fish, that can be seen in water less than a meter deep. For those who can't or don’t want to swim, glass-bottomed boat trips are always on offer.

Day 16
26 Nov 2022
St. Lucia

St. Lucia is the sort of island that travelers to the Caribbean dream about-a small, a lush tropical gem that is still relatively unknown. The Atlantic Ocean kisses its eastern shore, while the beaches of the west coast owe their beauty to the calm Caribbean Sea. St. Lucia seems like an island plucked from the South Pacific and set down in the Caribbean.

Day 17
27 Nov 2022
St. Georges

St. George's is the delightfully well-ordered capital of Grenada, an island is known for its spice production. From vanilla to nutmeg, ginger to clove, these crops are abundant here thanks to the moderate tropical climate. Breathe in the scent of nutmeg as you walk along its countless pristine beaches.

Day 18
28 Nov 2022
Barbados

Barbados is one of the most well-known and beautiful islands in the eastern Caribbean. It is part of the British Commonwealth and is named after the Bearded Fig Tree, which was once found in abundance. Barbados is an island where relaxation and adventure go hand in hand. White sandy beaches stretch for miles while snorkeling and sailing are some of the world-class water sports on offer.

Explore the historic old quarter of the city and particularly the impressive Igreja Matriz de Santa Cruz with its two imposing bell towers and founded in the 15th century but only consecrated in 1516.

P&O Aurora Caribbean Adventure Cruise 11 November 2022

Caribbean Cruises

When choosing a Caribbean cruise, the possibilities are endless. From 5-star luxury cruise lines to small yachts and sailboats, there are so many types of ships to choose from. Some Caribbean cruises are suitable for families with kids while others are geared more toward adults. Take your pick between entertainment at every turn or a three-piece band after dinner; exploration and adventure or glitzy and glamor; mega-ship vs. yacht. There are truly countless options to consider when booking a Caribbean cruise.

Top Destinations

The Caribbean is made up of hundreds of islands, ranging from large ones like Cuba, Puerto Ric, and Jamaica all the way down to Jost Van Dyke and Bequia.

When choosing a Caribbean cruise, there are three regions to consider: Western, Eastern, and Southern Caribbean.

Western Caribbean

Western Caribbean cruises departing from FL hug the coast of Florida, including the Florida Keys, and head west around Cuba towards Mexico and Central America. Popular Western Caribbean destinations include Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, Belize, and Roatán (Honduras).

Eastern Caribbean

The Eastern Caribbean consists of well-known islands such as the US Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix), the British Virgin Islands (Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Anegada, and Jost Van Dyke), and Puerto Rica. Some smaller and lesser-visited islands include St. Barts, Antigua and Barbuda, Anguilla, and Dominica, which are also considered a part of the Southern Caribbean.

 Southern Caribbean

The Southern Caribbean region is quite spread out, so many cruises tend to be longer than 7 nights. If you’re willing to brave a 14-night cruise from Barbados, you can even make it as far as CartagenaColombia, and on to Costa Rica and the Panama Canal. These are becoming increasingly trendy destinations on Caribbean cruise itineraries.
