Visit several treasures of Kotor’s rich historical past including the Church of St Luka from the 13th century, the Prince’s Palace from the 17th century, and Napoleon’s Theatre.
Corfu is a lush and sun-drenched island with a long and colourful history – it has been ruled by the Romans, the Venetians, the French and the English before it was united with Greece in 1864. The Town boasts 2 imposing Venetian fortresses, features winding medieval lanes, a French-style arcade and the grand Palace of St. Michael and St. George along with an esplanade lavishly planted by the French during the Napoleonic Wars, and an English cricket pitch.
Katakolon. Walk on the original Olympic stadium track over 2000 years old. Or visit one of the extensive ruins that transcend time and help you envision what once was one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Temple of Zeus.
