Get a glimpse into where European landowners lived during the sugar plantation centuries of Jamaican history at Rose Hall, a reportedly haunted Georgian manor. A tour here reveals what 18th-century life was like for land owners and the enslaved people who laboured under their rule. Braver types will opt for a candlelight tour — prepare to be immersed in the local legend of Annie Palmer, nicknamed the White Witch of Rose Hall after multiple husbands and lovers died in mysterious circumstances on the property.
